"Not really worth the price for me"
I gave onewillow.com a try, once I saw the charge on my receipt email, I just felt like it was way too much for what I actually got.
It wasn’t awful or anything, but nothing about the experience made me think, “Okay, that was money well spent.” I kept checking the confirmation emails and details thinking maybe I missed something, but it still didn’t feel like the value matched the price.
Maybe other people get more out of it, but for me it felt like a waste of money. I wouldn’t sign up or pay for it again.

"Replacement part is still holding up well"
I ordered a replacement part from onewillow.com a few months ago, and so far it’s been doing its job without any issues. The material feels sturdy in the hand, with a nice solid weight to it, not flimsy or cheap like a couple of other parts I’ve bought before.
I’m giving it 4 stars only because the shipping took a little longer than I was expecting. Once it arrived, though, everything fit fine and it’s been holding up well through regular use, so durability-wise I don’t really have any complaints.

"Cleaning This Is a Total Joy... Not"

"Showed up faster than I expected"
I ordered from onewillow.com and, i wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first. But the tracking updated like it should, and the package actually arrived a couple days earlier than I thought it would. So yeah, no real issues with shipping on my end — it was a smooth experience overall.

"Replacement parts were a headache"
I bought this from onewillow and liked it at first, so I wasn’t expecting any big issues. But when I needed a replacement part later, I couldn’t find it anywhere on their site. Maybe I missed it, but support didn’t really point me in the right direction either, which was annoying. It’s not the end of the world, but the item is basically useless now, so yeah, I’m frustrated. I probably wouldn’t buy from them again unless they make parts easier to get.

"Took longer to figure out than I expected"
I really wanted to give onewillow.com a fair shot, but i spent more time trying to understand how everything worked than actually using it. Nothing seemed totally broken, which almost made me more suspicious because I kept wondering if I was missing something obvious or if the site was just set up in a weird way. I clicked around for a while and still felt kind of lost. Maybe it gets easier after you stick with it, but the learning curve was a bit too much for me. It’s not awful, just frustrating and not as straightforward as I hoped.

"Everything about the order felt really discreet..."
Everything about the order felt really discreet, which I appreciated. The packaging was plain, the emails didn’t make it obvious, and there wasn’t anything on the outside that gave it away. That whole part of it made me feel a lot more comfortable, especially with, you know, that kind of thing.

"So comfy you’ll want to use it every day"
I’ve been using this daily and it’s super comfortable, even for long stretches. Just a heads-up though—once you get used to how comfy it is, you might not want to go back to anything else.

I emailed them about my order and ended up waiting days just to hear back. When someone finally replied, they didn’t really solve the issue, and then I kept getting asked to verify the same information over and over again. It made the whole thing feel way more frustrating than it needed to be. Customer service was slow, not super helpful, and just kind of tiring to deal with...

"Super handy for pumping on the go"
I really like that I can move around while pumping instead of being stuck sitting by the wall. It did take me a few tries to get it positioned right, but once I figured it out, the hands-free part made a big difference. Definitely helpful when you’re trying to get other stuff done at the same time.

"Putting this together was a nightmare"
Assembling this thing was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. The instructions were confusing and barely helped, so I ended up wasting hours trying to figure it out. Not fun at all.

"Easiest return ever, no question"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size, which was 100% my fault, and figured the return would be annoying. But nope, the return page was super straightforward, I printed the label in like two minutes, and had it shipped back the very next day.
The refund showed up a few days later exactly like it should have. No emailing, no waiting around wondering what was happening, no weird delays. it was about as painless as a return can possibly be.

"Quick Pumping, Less Waiting Around"
I’ve been using my Willow pump for a few weeks now, and one thing I’ve noticed is the pattern is consistent: it gets milk out fast and I’m not stuck sitting there forever. That alone makes pumping feel way less annoying and saves me a decent chunk of time each day...

"Suction wasn’t as strong as I hoped"
I really wanted this to work out, but the suction just feels weaker than I expected. It starts off okay, then kind of fades, and I kept having to stop and adjust it over and over. After a while I felt stuck messing with it instead of actually getting anything done.
For the price, I thought it would be better. It does work a little, but not enough that I’d want to use it regularly. I’m disappointed because I feel like I’m trapped between keeping something I don’t really like or going through the hassle of replacing it.

I’m disappointed with this pump. It started losing suction after just a few weeks, and then it completely stopped working. For what it costs, I expected it to last a lot longer. What made it even more frustrating was trying to look into the return/warranty info and realizing the terms seemed to have changed from what I thought I was getting when I bought it. Just not a great experience overall.

I mean, the site was okay, but everything felt kind of slow and just didn’t really match what I was expecting. Nothing was terrible, but I left feeling underwhelmed and probably wouldn’t use it again.

"Pretty solid milk output, like I expected"
I figured the Willow would work better for me than my old pump, and so far it kind of proves what I thought. I usually get a decent amount of milk, and sometimes even a little more than I was getting before. It did take me a few tries to get the placement right, though, so there was a bit of a learning curve. Overall I’m happy with it, but I do wish it was easier to clean
